Birth DIY teaches the Free Birth Society’s MatriBirth Family curriculum, created by Emilee Saldaya and Yolanda Norris-Clark and passed on through the MatriBirth Mentor Institute.

It’s designed as a 6-class series but can be condensed into 3 classes as well.

The goal is to cover all the essentials for a sovereign birth or free birth, as well as to address your own mindset, beliefs, stories, and power as parents.

And, of course, all of this can be applied no matter where or how you birth!
